OBJECTIVES: daily activities

DESCRIPTION and/or INSTRUCTIONS: Long work behind the computer and looking at notebooks slows the movement of the eyes. The eyes are just “staring” and losing their vibrancy, and the less visible impulses arrive at the visual center. The muscles that surround the eyes, allowing the eyes to turn and help sharpen the image we see, get tired, lose their tone and cause blurred vision and tired eyes. It is particularly exhausting for the eyes to work with a computer, after which the eye is difficult to re-adjust to viewing at a distance. With exercises, we have an important eye support. We should regularly perform simple exercises that will strengthen the eye muscles and relieve the accumulated tension in them.
