DESCRIPTION and/or INSTRUCTIONS: Students are presented with basic communicational qualities in the workplace as well as with conversational skills in booking and cancelling appointments as receptionists at a spa, quizzes of multiple choice and true or false have been designed to both promote and assess students’ understanding of videos.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This activity -having been designed for an English language lesson- needs no further translation in any other language, it is supposed to be used in the English language -its graded difficulty provides students with a challenging theoretical framework as to communicational skills along with a toned down in difficulty tutoring on conversational skills and assessment.
